Explore a little deeper into your personal development/ your healing journey through the arts of sound, universal life force energy, connecting to your highest self, being held in a safe and sacred space, and pure relaxation.

�70 minutes of deep relaxation through sound waves and universal life force energy healing
�individual rieki and guidance on what may be stagnant or blocked
�A crystal grid to enhance the theme of collective healing.
�refreshments and a good old group chat.
�a little gift- healing crystal for each person to take home.

All sessions are provided with air beds and eyemasks... the beds can be a little creecky at times, so you are welcome to bring your own yoga matt/ bean bag if you prefer. Just let me know upon booking.
