We are excited for another year of track sessions. This years workouts will be led by Tretez Kinnaird. These workouts are for all ages and abilities. So if this will be your 100th track workout or your 1st we want you there.

Park at Olmsted South on Southern Parkway

6:40pm - Group Warm Up
7:00pm - Workout begins
Cool down will follow the workout
