Info: It's time to UNPLUG - during this time we will remove all distractions engage in a guided relaxation, breathing and affirmation exercise. Follow by a mindful reflection activity that will set the stage for you to RESET!
Info: Now it's time to REFOCUS. You will be introduce to development resources and begin prioritizing your goals for the second half of 2025. These will correlate with your personal revelations during your time of reflection.
Info: And now it's time to be INSPIRED TO ACTION! This last session will be used to finalize the action steps you commit to taking upon departure. You will write it down, share with other participants to make it real and to generate accountability. Your outlook and energy will be RENEWED!
