The East Tennessee Kidney Foundation (ETKF) invites the community to come together for a fun-filled, impactful afternoon at Golfing for Kidneys, happening Thursday, September 18th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Topgolf Knoxville (11400 Outlet Drive, Farragut, TN).
Proceeds from this event directly support ETKF’s mission to assist patients across 25 East Tennessee counties who are living with kidney disease. 100% of funds raised stay local, powering three life-changing programs:
• Dianne Hagey Dialysis Transportation Program
This program reimburses patients for transportation costs incurred while traveling to and from their life-saving dialysis treatments. Patients can apply directly through their dialysis clinic social worker.
• Nutritional Supplement Program
ETKF provides free nutritional supplements to dialysis patients at 48 dialysis clinics across 25 counties, helping them maintain proper protein and nutrient levels critical to their health.
• Dental Assistance Program
For patients ready for kidney transplantation, dental health can be a final barrier. This program provides dental services to patients referred by the University of Tennessee Center for Transplant Services, helping them qualify for the transplant waiting list.
