Whether you are new to the DANCEmandala Movement Meditation practice, or want to build off of the experience you’ve had so far, this practice series will give you space to deepen your connection with embodied meditation.
We will gather in-person as a small group to explore this dance together!
You are welcome to come for just one session, or attend all four to move through the layers of DANCEmandala in a progressive way.
You will gain a greater, embodied understanding of this movement meditation practice, and develop your ability to harness your natural movements as a source for nourishment and insight.
Deepen your experience of dance in this transformative moving meditation practice. Carefully curated music and gentle verbal guidance invite you to tune in to the body’s natural wisdom and embark on an inward journey, cultivating awareness, and authentic expression.
