Coffee table size, full color, paperback and hardback special edition. Margaret Ann Harrell was Random House editor for Hunter S. Thompson's HELL'S ANGELS. Ron worked with her for over seven years on the Letters book. Margaret Ann and Hunter also had a relationship, so there are two protagonists in this story. The book includes many Hunter letters, published for the first time. Margaret Ann lives in Raleigh, North Carolina.
