✨ Art for the Heart ✨ is a hands-on, heart-first workshop where emotional wellness meets 90s nostalgia. Through painting, affirmations, and playful mixed media, you’ll reconnect with your creative self—and leave with art that feels like home.

💖 What to Expect:

✅ Guided creativity session (materials included) – express your feelings, no rules, just vibes
✅ Empowering affirmations and creative prompts - flow through this in a brave community. it’s like a real-life AOL Chat room!

🦋 Example Affirmations:

“I am allowed to take up space, make a mess, and still be magic.”
“I choose me.”

✅ Take-home art & inspiration - you will create multiple pieces of art to cherish, gift, frame, etc!
✅ Light refreshments + good vibes - creating takes fuel! yummy snacks and locally made kombucha from Basil & Blossom Co. available. Additional snacks available for purchase at Kawaii!
✅ 3 claw machine tokens - because your inner child still loves these cute AF plushies!

💅 Dress Code:

Come as your boldest 90s inner child—jelly sandals, butterfly clips, oversized flannel, and all the nostalgic flair you’ve got. Translation: dress how you feel best!
