All Abilities Bootcamp

Join us for All Abilities Bootcamp where we use healthy movement and exercise to build self and social confidence, increase physical strength, and create self-empowerment through team activities!

Please read below for our current in-class processes and procedures:

Time: Tuesday evening @ 6:35pm

Where: Flex Appeal
946 Goss Ave., Louisville, KY 40217

Cost: First class is FREE; after, class is $10 per athlete; payments are accepted via Venmo, PayPal, cash, or credit at time of class

Safety Procedure: Upon arrival, please wait in your vehicles until the 6:35pm start time so we can allow the class before us to fully exit the space before we transition in. At this time, masks are optional and we ask that you do not attend class if you have had a fever within 24 hrs of class, or feel ill in general. Caregivers must be willing and able to assist their athlete throughout class.

What Can I Expect?: Expect to have a fun time moving your body to music and performing healthy movement activities! (If you have sensitivity to auditory stimuli, please bring headphones)
