Sunset Swim & Sound

This evening is a unique opportunity to experience an open water swim in the beautiful Swim Six Hills lake, followed by a Sound Bath with Berry & Bloom outdoors by the lake and time to savour the summer sunset.

We have the whole lake to ourselves for this Friday evening elemental experience. Enjoy the benefits of open water swimming, savour the summer evening, chill out by the lake and sink into Sound.

A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses various sounds to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. The sounds created by planetary tuned gongs, quartz crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and percussion instruments are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from every day life. All you have to do is get comfortable and breathe.

We recommend you bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on, a cushion for your head, warm clothes and a blanket and eye mask for the Sound part of the session.

Swim 6pm-7pm
Refreshments 7pm-7.30pm - Coffee Shop will be open for you to purchase drinks/cake etc
Sound Bath 7.30pm-8.45pm
