Reiki & Energy Healing Workshop

In this workshop I'll be teaching you another simple but powerful way to give healing to yourself and to send healing energy to others. We'll strengthen your connection to the Reiki life force energy with a grounding and connection meditation then you'll learn how to create and send chi balls (balls of focused energy with a specific intention) for yourself and others. You'll be able to pair up and practice sending chi balls and then give treatment swaps. Suitable for all levels of Reiki, these workshops are a great way to add to your knowledge and practice of Reiki. If you're not attuned to Reiki, come along and learn how to give energy healing.
