Grow more connected to nature and yourself, and find some breathing space from the busy hubbub of life.
We'll bathe in fields and woodland and use their inspiration to create, reflect, and connect. Together we'll grow a safe space that encourages openness, curiosity, authenticity and hopefully brings peace and clarity.
Sessions adapt to the season, the weather and the group; each session will always offer opportunity for some creative expression, learning, and a slowing down and tuning into our feelings, body and the world around us through forest bathing, mindfulness and discussion.
Materials and refreshments are all provided - we'll share hot drinks and treats, and have lunch together in (or just out of!) the elements.
You'll need footwear and clothing for being outdoors on the ground, a mat or blanket, and a journal or notebook if you feel you'll want to note down thoughts and ideas. There's shelter if the weather is unforgiving!
These experiences are well-suited and should feel safe to you if you're just dipping your toes into exploring nature, or if you've not yet tried forest bathing, wellbeing sessions or explored positive psychology or art therapy.
Bring yourself with trust, openness and curiosity and you'll hopefully reconnect with yourself, nature and others!
