Join us for a practical, hands-on session where we’ll learn how to:
-Divide mature plants to grow your garden sustainably
-Prepare and propagate cuttings for new growth
-Share knowledge (and maybe some plants!) with fellow members
-Share seeds from the library - as always 🌱
✨ What to Bring (Always Optional!):
Cuttings from a plant you'd like to move inside for winter, expand in your garden for next season, or just share with one another. You may want an empty jar to take home your cutting in - any old jar will do.
Some ideas for plants are:
Sage · Elderberry · Roses · Mint · Basil · Hosta · Raspberry · Dahlia · Pathos · Succulents · Snake Plant · Hydrangeas · Lavender · Rosemary · Coleus
Target to bring at least 6 inches of cutting for the best propagation success.
💡 Don’t have plants to bring? No worries — come learn, participate, and take home knowledge (and possibly a few cuttings from others). We welcome all to join and participate in our community!
