We will begin with an introduction to sound healing, along with samples of Honey’s Harvest Farm Apothecary’s immune-boosting Elderberry Syrup. We will use the breath to ease into a relaxed state allowing our mind, body, and spirit to bask in the amazing and healing music.
Kick back and relax on your yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and whatever you choose to bring for your comfort to enjoy the healing sounds of this amazingly talented musician! The tones of the sun gong, Tibetan singing bowls, ocarina, and natural instruments are sure to lull you into a relaxed state, allowing you to be free from the stressors of day-to-day of life and to simply enjoy the peaceful and healing vibrations.
Anna Chaney, Energy Healer, provides a warm welcome and guides us with relaxed breathing and grounding in preparation for our featured musician Connar Willman, who plays for 20+ minutes in a variety of styles as we dream, meditate, sleep, relax, or simply enjoy the healing music. This ancient practice of relieving stress, traumas and tension through sound healing is one of our favorites at Honey’s! Afterward, we will enjoy quiet conversation while sipping Honey’s Harvest’s organically grown herbal tea.
