As we prepare for the winter season, we will embrace the traditional fire ceremony to release the heavy energy that we have carried for previous seasons and bring in the refined light energy that will fortify us for the shorter days and longer nights of winter. Anna shares this ancient, ancestral, healing ritual around the fire to empower us to connect to our inner healers and reconnect us to the healing rhythms of the earth and to the element of fire. Our intentions, prayers, wishes, and dreams come to life as we decorate our “prayer sticks” and offer them to the fire. This fun and effective process held in sacred space offers a community of like-minded, health-conscious friends, connecting and supporting each other as we navigate this journey of life in uncharted times.
