The Embodied Present: A Sacred Playshop with Ankke Orryn

Come join me to explore and play in the embodied direct experience of your True Self.

It's going to be fun. It’s going to be deep. It’s going to bring you to new levels of awareness of how Divinity lives and moves and desires to express Itself within and through you!

This is an exploration of Sacred Play. It is not always comfortable, but it will challenge you to truly, deeply, listen to yourself, and to stretch beyond your edges and perceived limitations. To reclaim Your Power and Love Yourself unabashedly in the sacred present moment.

And to relax deeply into the support of All that Is.

We will be moving our bodies and our energy.

Exploring how we relate with Self and Other.

And nourishing ourselves in the beauty of sacred land and one another’s sacred company.

You are the Divine Gift.

Now let's play!

Forms and elements that we will play and explore within include:

-Guided Meditations and Yoga Nidra to align your energies into the present moment and relax your nervous system

-A Sacred Cacao Ceremony to open and awaken your senses, and set your intentions

-Gentle Hatha Yoga including Mudras and Pranayama (Breathwork) to open your energetic channels, stretch and relax your body, increase your awareness of how energy flows within you, and strengthen your inner resolve

-Conscious, Contemplative Dance, Movement, and Vocal exploration, a la Ecstatic Dance, but with a meditative focus

-Inner Relationships exercise for a new perspective on a challenging dynamic in your life

-Exploring Energy and Emotions, Letting go, and Manifesting

-An Anointing Activation Ritual with Sacred Essential Oils

-Closing with Community Sharing and Celebration

**Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in, and footwear that is suitable for walking in nature.

-Please also bring a light and healthy dish to share for our potluck lunch. Preferably plant-based and gluten free unless your body needs some denser protein.

-Also please bring: a yoga mat and any other yoga props you like, a meditation cushion or bolster (if you have one, or something along those lines), a sleeping bag/blanket, a pillow, a journal, a pen and maybe some colored pens/ pencils/crayons/etc., and a water bottle. Feel free to bring any special/sacred objects that you would like to add to our community altar such as flowers, crystals, sacred geometries, oracle cards, etc. It will be a collective creation including the energetic contribution of everyone who is present at the event.
