Yin and Sound Healing Experience: A Journey Into Stillness, Deep Release

Slow down, soften, and surrender in this deeply restorative Yin Yoga and Sound Healing experience designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and reconnect you to your inner quiet.

In this session, we’ll combine the gentle, meditative practice of Yin Yoga—with its long, passive holds and deep stretches—with the healing vibrations of live sound using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice.

As you rest in each posture, the soundscape will support you in:

• Releasing physical and energetic tension
• Calming the nervous system
• Accessing deeper states of relaxation and awareness
• Reconnecting with your breath and inner rhythm

No yoga or sound healing experience is needed. All bodies and levels are welcome, including prenatal mamas.

What to Expect:

• A gentle Yin sequence supported with props
• A live sound journey throughout the session
• A space for stillness, intention, and integration
• Time for reflection or journaling at the end

What to Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, water, and anything that helps you feel cozy (bolster, eye pillow, etc.)
