Wuthering Waves 1st Anniversary Fan Gathering Event

To celebrate the first anniversary of Wuthering Waves, we're inviting Rovers to gather for an unforgettable evening party and share the remarkable moments!

May 14, 2025, 8:00 PM (PDT)

● Date: Saturday, May 24, 2025

● Time: 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM (PDT)

● Venue: The Majestic DTLA, 650 S Spring Street • Los Angeles, CA

● What to Expect:

○ Live guest performances

○ Cosplayer display

○ Player interactions

○ Complimentary buffet (non-alcohol)

○ Commemorative gift pack

● Ticketing Policy

○ Each participant (account) is allowed to purchase one ticket only. Tickets are non-transferable and will be verified onsite with valid booking confirmation. Please prepare a printed or digital ticket with a QR code ready for check-in.

○ Tickets will not be available for purchase at the venue. All tickets will be sold exclusively through Eventbrite.

○ Attendees must be 18 years or older to participate. Proof of age may be requested during check-in.

● Event Schedule

○ The official event will begin at 5:30 PM on May 24. Participants may enter the venue 60 minutes early for ticket verification, gift pack collection, and photo ops with cosplayers.

● Code of Conduct

○ All participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the event. Subject to applicable laws and rules of the venue, smoking, vaping, harassment, disruptive actions, or any behavior that negatively impacts the event or its reputation is strictly prohibited, which will result in removal from the venue without refund.

○ Food and beverages, weapons, illegal drugs, and other contraband are not permitted inside the venue premises. Exceptions will be made for certain types of items for those with disabilities, medical requirements and/or special needs. Participants consent to a reasonable search for prohibited items. Violators of this provision may be required to leave the event without any refund.

● Health and Safety

○ Participants acknowledge that all health and safety policies for the event may be updated and amended from time to time by the Organizers and shall be effective immediately upon posting of such changes on the website or at the venue. Participants agree to comply with all health and safety policies of Organizers and the venue.

● Dress Code

○ Please arrive well-groomed and appropriately dressed for a formal fan-gathering experience. We recommend a smart casual or semi-formal dress code to match the festive occasion. Cosplay of Wuthering Waves characters is also welcomed! We will prepare additional gifts for participants who attend in cosplay.

● Commemorative Gift Pack Collection Guidelines

○ Participants may collect their gift pack after ticket verification and check-in at the event venue.

○ Items labeled as "random" indicate that one item will be randomly selected from a variety of types within that category. Requests for exchanges or specific selections will not be accepted.

○ Please note that the distribution probabilities of each random item are not guaranteed to be equal.

● Media & Data Consent

○ Photos, videos, and audio recordings may be taken during the event for promotional and archival purposes.

○ By attending, participants consent to grant Organizers the irrevocable, transferable, perpetual right and license to record, publish, display, and use (by photograph, video, aural devices, or any other method or device) the participants' name, voice, image, likeness and any personal data included while at this event for the above purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised.

○ By attending, participants consent to the collection of personal data, including but not limited to name and contact information. This data may be used for promotional purposes, including sending emails about future events, services, or promotions. If participants wish to opt out of receiving promotional communications, they may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided in the emails.

● Event Adjustments

○ The arrangements for the event may be adjusted if necessary due to a change of venue, change of performers or any other reason. Participants acknowledge and agree that the Organizers reserve the right to make such adjustments.

● Refund Policy

○ ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges will be made except as provided in the Terms & Conditions. Unauthorized or unlawful resale or attempted resale of the ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation of all admission privileges without compensation.

○ In the event of total cancellation of this event, the Organizers will refund the full amount paid by participants following such cancellation announcement.

● Indemnification Policy

○ Participants shall defend and hold harmless the event Organizers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in any way related to their participation in or presence at the event, whether on-site or at any off-site location, including but not limited to claims of negligence.

● Governing Law

○ These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

○ By attending, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from attending the event.
