A cohort of students with Professor Judith Moreland have spent an entire year creating a piece of theatre that explores the causes and events surrounding and following the violence during protests at the UCLA campus last year. It uses real interviews and verbatim words we've collected to accurately portray all student, faculty, and outside perspectives. We collected these interviews in the fall, wrote the script in winter and are now going to put up a stage workshop. We aim to honestly show the effects that this violence had on student relationships, school morale, and our community moving forward.
