Sound Healing Foundations Training

Info: A three-day, 20-hour hands-on facilitator training, in collaboration with The Sonic Institute beginning with an evening sound bath and followed by two full days of practical experience. Deepen your understanding of sound healing through voice, vibration, crystal bowls, and other instruments.


Over the course of three days, we will explore:

• The Space: Creating a Hygienic Container for Healing and Meditation

• Modalities: Exploring the Fundamental Categories of Sound-Based Therapy

• Sound and Silence: Frequency Theory and the Nature of Vibration

• The Voice: The First Instrument

• Instruments: Tools of the Sound Healer/Meditation Facilitator

• Sound and Music Theory: The Language of Music

• Harmony: Principles of Peace

• Quartz, Consciousness & Crystal Singing Bowls


This training is designed for absolute beginners and those looking to expand their knowledge and skills in sound healing. No experience or equipment is necessary, and all students will have access to instruments.
