Here's a description of the full 75-minute experience:

One of our favorite ways to meditate, reduce stress, and melt tension, this 75-minute sound bath may be more experience than workshop, but by regularly tuning inward and bathing in the vibrations of the chakras, you'll be guided to an increasingly more effective state of relaxation with each passing month. Using crystal bowls, chimes, a gong, and other percussion, trained sound healers will guide you through this sonic meditation to help you drop and receive.

And SLOW FLOW & SOUND:

Settle into the body and breath with 45 minutes of SLOW FLOW followed by a 30-minute soundbath.

Set to mellow music, SLOW FLOW moves thoughtfully with the breath through a long warm-up, easy standing postures, and a grounding cooldown.

You’ll then be guided into a relaxed state and sonic meditation in a sound bath that seeps deep into the subtle energetic body and incorporates the live, vibrational sounds of crystal bowls.
