Your Hosts:

Laila (@ayurvedalaila) is a board-certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, teacher and intuitive guide dedicated to bridging ancient wisdom with modern life. At the core of her work is a mission to help people live vibrant & thriving lives by becoming more of who they are. Deeply passionate about Earth stewardship, Laila fosters relationships with the unseen realm, including nature spirits, plant devas, and benevolent ancestors.

Sahar (@soundsbysahar) is a Los Angeles sound artist and sitarist who carries the ragas of her heritage into the rhythms of modern life. Mentored by maestro Rajib Karmakar, she layers sitar, bowls, chimes, and sounds from the subcontinent into lush soundscapes she calls safar, or journeys, through vibration and breath. Inspired by Sufi zikr, a love of social justice, and the simple power of rest, her sessions invite listeners to exhale, soften, and remember their own wholeness.

This event will be held at community and co-creation space Astralab LA (@astralab_la) in the heart of K Town.
