Love Yourself Yoga & Reiki Workshop

July is Fibroid Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness about a condition that affects approximately 26 million women in the United States. Uterine fibroids are benign tumors that grow in or around the uterus, causing a wide range of uncomfortable symptoms.

It is important for women to understand what fibroids are and how they can be treated with noninvasive approaches that can be used to ease the pain.

Join us July 31th @flowhealingbodyandsoul with @yoginoemi and @rising.energy.healing for a Yoga/Reiki workshop to help with the discomfort of the Sacral chakra. Yoga and Reiki can ease the pain, improve alignment and bring a natural energy flow. These two practices also help when setting intentions and visualize the healing process.

The workshop will consist of breathwork, a yoga session lead by @yoginoemi and followed by a Reiki healing session by @rising.energy.healing and a collective reading. If you are interested in attending the event, please RSVP. No experience necessary – just bring an open heart and a willingness to explore.

Things to bring:

• Yoga mat (mats are also avaialbe to rent if you need to borrow one)
• Eye mask (previous attendees should have received one)
• Pillow for Reiki
• Small Blanket (we will also have extra)
• Comfortable clothes for movement
• Water bottle & light snacks
• Journal (optional)
