Life is ALWAYS in Session is a guided group therapy discussion , designed to provide a safe, supportive space where participants can openly share their experiences, gain insight, and develop healthy coping strategies. Led by Angela Mull, LMFT a licensed therapist, each session explores real-life topics such as stress management, emotional resilience, relationships, personal growth, and mental wellness.
