Learn the essentials of knife handling in this hands-on class designed for beginners! Develop proper grip, cutting techniques, and knife safety while practicing fundamental cuts like dicing, julienning, and mincing. Whether you're looking to cook with more confidence or improve your efficiency in the kitchen, this class will help you slice, chop, and dice like a pro.
