Heart of the Earth is a traditional hands-on ceremony that guides participants through the full cosmology of cacao from bean to drink. Together, we will roast, winnow, grind, and brew cacao while exploring the elemental forces each stage represents: earth, fire, water, and air.
Through this hands-on journey, each participant experiences the symbolic transformation of the cacao bean from seed of the earth to sacred nourishment reflecting our own path of renewal, balance, and connection with the living world.
This journey culminates in sharing the cacao drink, accompanied by an integrative sound bath to harmonize body and spirit, and handcrafted cacao desserts to ground the experience in sweetness and gratitude.
What to Expect:
A gentle, immersive experience connecting participants with the elements, mindful preparation, and the symbolic transformation of the cacao bean. Expect grounding, relaxation, inner reflection, and a sense of shared presence.
What to Bring:
-Comfortable white attire (symbol of purity and openness)
-Light blanket for warmth and comfort during the sound bath
-Water to stay hydrated
-Journal for reflections or insights
-A personal intention for the ceremony
-An item to charge on the altar (a crystal, token, or small keepsake)
-(Optional) A flower offering for the altar
Come ready to slow down, listen deeply, and take part in the living story of cacao, the heart of the earth made drinkable.
