That's right, Chef Shieya is about to get down and dirty in the kitchen, creating a thought provioking journey of 12 spellbinding dishes. This is an "omakase" style experience and there are no substitutions! Join 11 culinary adventurers for a wild and imaginative dinner brought to you by the founder of The Kookery, Chef Shieya. The Kookery loft provides it's own unique experience as you explore the curious and colorful collections that dawn the halls and walls. Get to know your neighbors and find new adventure buddies at the Dirty Dozen Supper Club. (Due to the nature of the dinner, we can not do substituions, nut or severe allergies should be advised. Please contact us if you have a specific request i.e. no pork that maybe accomodated. But please keep in mind that dairy, spices, raw foods and more are what makes this a culinary experience!)
