Join Breathwork Facilitator and Intuitive Coach Elizabeth Armistead for this 75-minute breathwork journey, which will deep-dive into the subconscious mind. Yoga mat, pillow and blanket provided. Pleas bring a journal and water bottle.
After opening the space, Elizabeth will introduce the practice theme and prompts to prime the subconscious. We will share our intentions, and an explanation of the breathing patterns will be provided. After a demonstration of the breath and guidance on safety, you’ll lie down comfortably and be guided through 20 minutes of active breathing, set to curated music to support your journey within. Afterward, you will experience a visualization and guided meditation as you sink deeper into the subconscious mind.
Combining science and spirituality activates new neural pathways in the brain, allowing intuition to speak to find more clarity, love, and connection with self and others.
