Class Description: **Cardio Kick Boxing Class**! Get ready to kick, punch, and sweat your way to a healthier you. Join us every Wednesday (except the last of the month) at **7:00 PM** at **3725 Don Felipe dr** for an energizing workout that will leave you feeling empowered and strong. This in-person class is perfect for all fitness levels, so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, you'll have a blast.
