Family Yoga: Bloom & Grow

FSN's program theme for May is GARDENING!

Come for garden-themed yoga on May 10. Jen will lead children and caregivers in yoga poses and activities.

Family Yoga is a fun-filled class that introduces busy little bodies and their parents/caregivers to the benefits of yoga in a fun and accessible way. This class aims to teach social-emotional skills and promote the benefits of mind and body connection.

2nd Saturdays from 10:00 to 10:30 for toddlers, and 10:30 to 11:00 for school-age children.
