The Sound Sanctuary—a gentle, monthly sound bath experience designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and reconnect you with your spirit.

This is an immersive experience of rest and reflection using sound as the guide—think of it as a chance to exhale, soften, and simply be. As you lie or sit comfortably, you’ll be surrounded by soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs and other harmonic instruments. These sounds are known to support relaxation, reduce stress, and help the body gently settle into a peaceful rhythm. As you relax more and more through the session, you begin to release the physical, mental and emotional tensions until you sink into a calm state and simply receive the vibrations. It is said that the vibrations are received in all parts of the being, all the way to the cellular level.
