We will begin with a brief intro on the benefits of sound healing and mindfulness. Then we will take you on a collective sonic journey that will include:
You are free to lay down, sit up or move at any point during the journey. Listen to your body and connect to your greater joy and comfort.
We are excited to take you on musical deep dive, a journey that is both musical meditation and restorative experience, bending time and inner space to explore your hidden potential.
Bring your mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, and whatever you may need to feel comfortable for approx 90 minutes. ***Please note: We can provide you with: an a mat (for extra comfort!), eye mask, pillow, and blanket. Just take your shoes off and relax! - There is an inclusive ticket option available***
If you need additional accommodations - chair/back support please let us know ahead of time. Zero gravity chairs available for extra cost due to cleaning/transport.
Bring crystals to charge, journal, pictures of loved ones …Any symbolic item that may ground or add to what you may want to work through or on.
Dress: Comfy outfits: We will lay down for the sonic journey

Please try to arrive 10-15 min early to settle into the space. Sound bath will start at 6:30.
Please bring your authentic self. This is a safe and therapeutic container. Adrienne will be available to you for questions and support. After the sound bath there will be time for Co-regulation and questions.

Adrienne Bawa
Integrative health healer and Registered Nurse. She holds Certification in sound therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and somatic experiencing.
Adrienne utilizes different frequency healing instruments such as gongs,crystal singing bowls,Tibetan bowls,tuning forks and elemental drums and chimes during sessions to promote energy clearing,relaxation and an immersive meditative experience . Adrienne works with private clients and has facilitated hundreds of Sound Healing ceremonies in addition to working with non-profit organizations and schools teaching meditation,sound therapy and bio-feedback.
Adrienne has been an RN at UCLA since 2008 in a wide range of specialties including emergency room, critical care air transport, and currently in the highly specialized pediatric cardiology department.
