What to Expect:

• Basic belly dance technique (beginners warmly welcomed!)
• Core strengthening, body opening, and posture alignment
• Free-form dance to sweat, loosen up, and liberate your spirit
• Temple dance — a slower, soulful movement practice to gently activate your chakras and inner energy currents

This is a joyful, embodied practice — no dance experience needed. All shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness levels are welcome. Women's bodies are made to move this way naturally — it's easy, liberating, nourishing and so much fun!

What to Bring:

• Yoga clothes or a bra-style top and a flowy skirt
• A layer to keep warm after we move
• A hip scarf if you have one (I have some to loan!)
• Your own water bottle
