Join us for 9 interactive wellness workshops designed for children, teens, parents, and families to learn valuable mental health skills together.

MORNING WORKSHOPS (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

• Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation (Ages 13+/Adults)
• The Feelings Club: Learning to Cope Together (Ages 8-12)
• Mindful Parenting for Parents of Teens Mindfulness: Breathing and Movement for Kids' Emotional Wellness (Ages 6-12)
• Healthy Coping Skills and Resources (Ages 16+/Adults)

AFTERNOON WORKSHOPS (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM)

• Parent-Child Bonding Art Therapy Workshop (For children 5-12 & parents/caregivers)
