Hands-On Ravioli Making at La Pizza & La Pasta Restaurant

About this Class: Join us at La Pizza and La Pasta for a hands-on dinner experience. It’s time to get your hands messy at our Spritzeria Bar! In our hands-on format, our Scuola Chef will teach you how to prepare ravioli at our very own restaurant. You’ll dive right in to making the recipe yourself from scratch, starting with the dough and then filling the ravioli. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home!

About this Dish: Quadrati are a type of ravioli: a style of pasta made from placing a filling between two thin sheets of pasta dough before cutting out each piece. cheese and spinach. In this class, you’ll make your own pasta dough from scratch and learning how to add the filling and create your own shapes.

In this Hands- On Style Class You Will:

• Learn about the traditions and culture of quadrati

• Learn the hands-on techniques to perfecting ravioli

• Make your own pasta dough by hand

• Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto and wine pairing, as well a chef-prepared Quadrati Ricotta e Spinaci

Please Note:

• One ticket purchase is valid for one guest

• Seating is first-come, first-served

• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes

• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.

• Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. 15 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

• Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. If we are not notified ahead of time of any special needs, we may not be able to accommodate them.
