BIF Project Speed Pitch for Women in Entertainment & Film

Ready to find your next creative collaboration? Join us for an energetic, fast-paced evening designed exclusively for women in entertainment and film!

In this unique two-hour networking event, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Connect with fellow creative powerhouses
• Present your passion projects in dynamic one-on-one speed pitch sessions
• Discover potential collaborators who share your vision and drive
• Hear inspiring projects from other women in the industry
• Build meaningful connections in a supportive, women-focused environment

Whether you're a director seeking a producer, a writer looking for a creative partner, or an industry professional ready to join forces on the next big project, this is your chance to make it happen. Every participant gets equal opportunity to pitch their projects and listen to others, creating a balanced and productive networking experience.

Please note:

• There is a 1 drink minimum (since the bar is providing the space for free - thank you!)
• Since we meet in a bar, the minimum age is 21
• Free street parking is available all around the venue
• Check-in opens at 5pm, the event starts at 5.15pm
• Registration before the event is mandatory. Space is limited to ensure quality networking opportunities for all participants. Please, only apply if you are actually going to attend.

For the pitches:

• Similar to speed dating, we'll do speed pitching in a one-to-one setting, with partners changing every 10 minutes. You will have about 5 minutes every time you pitch.
• Please try to cover the essential production details in your pitch: name, logline, type of project (short, feature, etc.), genre, script length/ shooting days/ dates, budget available or not, payment or not, cast/ crew/ locations attached, what and who you are still looking for or what the best ways are to support your work
• Bring pen and paper to take notes
• Have an easy-to-exchange communication tool ready, like a business card, popl, or your instagram QR code
• This event aims at creating a safe and supportive space for everyone who participates. Any type of discrimination or talking down on someone will not be tolerated.
