Atid Hike in May

Join ATID on Sunday, May 11th at 9:00 AM as we ascend an unburnt ridge
in Brentwood to a tree overlooking the Sepulveda Pass with views of the
city, ocean, and recovering hillsides along the way. This moderate hike
is 4 miles round trip with ~900 ft of elevation gain and is expected to
take 2 hours.

Bring: At least two liters of water, good hiking shoes, long pants, sun
protection (sunscreen, hat), layered clothing, a snack, and of course a
big smile on your face!

Meeting Point/Parking: Meet at the Kenter Trailhead gate at the top of
Kenter Avenue in Brentwood. For GPS use 1501 N Kenter Ave, Los Angeles,
CA 90049. Free street parking is available along Kenter Ave below the
gate. If you are running more than 10-15 minutes late and we have
already started, we'll be following the Lower Canyonback Trail north
along the ridge line towards the Mountaingate neighborhood.

Dogs: Dogs are welcome if accompanied by their human.
