What is the «21 Days» Program:
Learning the Theory and Technique of Running
Over 3 weeks, a professional coach will teach you the theoretical fundamentals, how to warm up properly, and how to breathe during training.
You will master the Pose Method of running—the most effective and modern running technique that provides high speed with minimal muscular effort. The Pose Method teaches you to run faster, longer, and without injuries.
Just 45 minutes a day in the morning. Even with the busiest schedule, it’s realistic to find this time for your health!
Training plan: start with a warm-up, run for 10–15 minutes, and then stretch. A smooth start: in the first days, we focus on technique, monitor breathing, and run for minimal time.
 2. Monitoring Your Runs
Group runs take place on weekdays during the first two weeks. On weekends and during the third week, you run independently. During the runs, the coach will monitor your running technique. On weekends and throughout the third week of the program, the coach will be available in the chat. You can ask any questions that arise.
 3. Friendly Atmosphere
People of different ages (from 18 to 60) come together, united by the desire to be healthy and athletic. We value a comfortable atmosphere within the team and build communication on mutual respect and trust in the coach’s advice.
 4. Motivation and Support
We will show you how not to give up and will instill confidence in yourself. The friendly team won’t let you falter and will help you reach the finish line of the program.
 5. Mood for the Whole Day
Running gives you a boost of energy and strength that lasts all day. Moreover, it’s scientifically proven that running increases the level of endorphins in the blood fivefold, causing a state of happiness.
 6. Connection After the Project
Meetings with graduates from different districts, sharing experiences and impressions, and joint runs.
