Dr. Mikal-Flynn is a family nurse practitioner and current professor at California State University-Sacramento teaching courses on post-traumatic growth, gender and brain related differences, and leadership and management in the nursing field. She is joining us for our weekend 2 of yoga teacher training as we highlight trauma-informed yoga therapy work.
