Our beloved Beach Pilates sessions are making a comeback!

Imagine stretching and strengthening to the soothing soundtrack of the waves, feeling the soft sand beneath your feet, and letting the gentle breeze refresh your spirit. It’s a beautiful way to connect with nature and unwind, as we fundraise for Crohn’s & Colitis UK.

Suitable for all abilities aged 16 and up!
