This Healing Circle Facilitator’s Diploma is designed to support practitioners who are ready to step into that role with confidence, integrity, and clarity.
This fully accredited training will give you a solid framework, showing you how to create containers that are steady, ethical, and genuinely transformative, for your participants and for you.
Why circle work matters
Some of the deepest healing does not happen in isolation.
It happens in the presence of others, where shared humanity, resonance, and reflection soften defences and allow something deeper to emerge.
Well-held circles create: a sense of belonging without pressure,
depth without overwhelm, and connection without overexposure.
But poorly held circles can leave people feeling uncontained, emotionally flooded, or subtly unsafe.
This training exists to bridge that gap.
What this training offers
This is a fully IPHM-accredited, certificated practitioner training that blends practical facilitation skills with emotional intelligence, energetic awareness, and ethical grounding.
Across the training you will learn how to:
✨ Create clear, supportive containers for group healing
✨ Open and close circles properly, so nothing is left hanging
✨ Facilitate grounded, meaningful sharing circles
✨ Lead guided meditations and healing journeys with confidence
✨ Integrate simple, safe breathwork appropriately
✨ Design and deliver rituals that are resonant, not performative
✨ Work confidently with mixed-experience groups
✨ Understand group dynamics and respond when things wobble
✨ Develop your own authentic facilitation style
✨ Create and uphold strong group agreements
✨ Work ethically and clearly within your scope of practice
✨ Take your circles online, with a dedicated bonus integration session
You’ll receive a comprehensive training manual, guided journey and ritual scripts, and a recorded healing journey to support your practice and integration.

Venue

This year’s training will take place in a beautiful, purpose-built geodome at Outways Wellbeing, just outside Looe in the village of Pelynt.
The space has been specifically designed for group circles and offers a calm, grounded rural setting while remaining easy to access, with free parking available.
