Soltar Sundays Ecstatic Dance & Guided Connection Exercises

Soltar is a Spanish word for letting go, releasing or dropping. Soltar Sundays will be a 2 part series of connection based exercises and ecstatic dance.


Let go of the stuck energy and leap into something new. Make bonds and connect with others in the community through a thoughtfully guided experience. Make room for the embodiment of your soul. And most importantly come ready to DANCE.

11:30 - Doors open settling in, coffee and matcha provided
12 PM - Guided connection experience
1 - 2 PM - Ecstatic Dance facilitated by Kenissa


Facilitator Highlight:
Kenissa weaves her love for ecstatic dance, authentic human connection, deep love for music to create portals of liberation. She enjoys traveling, experiencing international ecstatic dance experiences and workshops to deeper her knowledge.
