Join us for Cultivating Stillness: Yin Yoga with Live Music and Storytelling, a deeply immersive 90-minute journey into relaxation and introspection. Dennis will create an enchanting sound current with live music featuring the sitar, flute, guitar and other healing instruments. The resonant tones and vibrational harmonies will enhance the depth of your practice, guiding you into a meditative state where body, mind, and spirit unite. Guided by Kathy’s soothing voice and masterful storytelling, you will be led through a Yin Yoga practice designed to release tension, cultivate inner stillness and restore balance.

This experience is an invitation to pause, listen, and receive—allowing the synergy of music and yin shapes to nourish your soul. Whether you're seeking deep relaxation, inspiration, or a moment of serenity, this event will leave you feeling grounded, refreshed and renewed.
