Community Sangha: Mantra Meditation with Alice Gomes

Come join us for Mantra Meditation guided by Alice Gomes Wed. Oct 1st - 7:45pm.

This is a guided offering, introducing simple mantras to increase focus, vibrational energy, breath/mind/body connection and relaxation. Beginner friendly.

Sangha is a Sanskrit word meaning community or spiritual gathering. A space where we come together in shared practice, reflection, and connection.

Our monthly Wednesday evening Sangha offers a welcoming space to explore mindfulness practices and connect in community. Each month will be led by one of our teachers and centers on a different theme--ranging from Yoga Nidra, meditation, gentle movement, journaling, or tea ceremony, etc.--always rooted in intention and community.

Non-members - Donation-based ($0-$25)

Open to all levels. Donations directly support our Yoga Scholarship program, making emotionally-supportive practices available to those who need them.
