Technique Tuesday: Mats and Layers $20

New series covering the basics of composition and card making. This class is a hands-on learning how to select mats and layering sizes. Class will be making a set of layering templates and make a card. Bringing your supplies to make a project with your flare is always welcome. Check discussion for supply list.
