Join Toni Dussex, E-RYT 500, Certified Sound Therapist & Reiki Practitioner, for a Sound Bath at the Arboretum. Immerse yourself in nature and soak up some healing sounds and vibrations from Toni's planetary gong, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, an ocean drum and more!

You'll need to bring a blanket or chair, a water bottle and any other props that assist you in feeling comfy and supported. There will be gentle, grounding breath-work but no asana or movement practice.
