Mobility and mimosas!

If you have been curious about my CrossFit gym, CrossFit Electrica, here’s a chance to check it out without having to lift any weights or do any unnecessary running or jumping! 🤣
We’re inviting our regular athletes to this special event and would welcome any guests outside of the gym as well. But you do have to make a reservation since the size of the room is limited. Let me know if you are interested. I will also be having regular 8 AM yoga this day at PCC. Pick your 🧘‍♂️ experience! 💗
