Dinner & Discipleship 🍽️ For men and women in their 20s and 30s!
Choices, we all have choices- there are lots of exciting things to do on a Friday night- for example, sewing, watching reruns of Murder she wrote, giving the dog a bath, eating leftovers, cleaning the fishtank, going for an evening swim with the fishes in Lake Sacajawea - all great, all fun. But in the words of the godfather, I’m going to make you a Friday night offer you can’t refuse…Dinner and Discipleship.
You know, people come to church for lots of reasons- among them the teaching, worship, solid programs. But many people stay in church for primarily one reason: relationships.
To that end, we are starting a new group for those in their 20s and 30s, both singles and married, to meet once a month starting, Friday October 17 in the lobby at church from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. We will provide a meal and even childcare for toddlers through 5th grade.
The next two meetings will be:
November 7th
December 5th
There will be some practical teaching as well as fellowship and maybe a worship song or two. Considering the meal and childcare…that’s an offer you can’t refuse…unless of course, rather than swim with the fishes, you’d rather sleep with the fishes.
