Demystifying Low Back & Pelvis Pain

Dr. Stacy and Dr. Kate will be doing a deep dive into the why you have pain and discomfort in your lower back, Pelvis, Hips, Knees and Feet. Many issues can be traced to the pelvis which is a foundational area. The Doctors will help you explore the mental, emotional and physical blocks that can cause the pain and dysfunction.

This workshop will cover:

• How dysfunction in the low back and pelvis can effect the body as a whole
• Emotions trapped that cause pain
• What to do about it - tools and approaches to help you feel better
• Specific movements targeted to unraveling through this area

This event includes:

1. Worksheet to accompany the class
2. A take-home SmartFit® program tailored to correcting imbalances and opening up the low back and pelvis!
3. The 90 minute recording of the class
