Step into a playful hour of Creative Movement with Josie—an uplifting exploratory session designed to support joint longevity improve balance and enhance flexibility through joyful intentional motion. No prior experience or mobility is required and most movements can be comfortably adapted to your body’s unique needs.

Josie invites you to reconnect with yourself through mindful expressive movement that encourages curiosity ease and a deeper relationship with your body. Whether you’re stretching swaying or simply breathing in rhythm—this class is about presence possibility and play.
