Breathwork Workshop with Ana

Sliding Scale: $20–$40
Join Ana—yoga therapist and PhD in anthropology—for a transformative workshop exploring the power of breath. In this one-hour class Ana will guide participants through an insightful journey into the three chambers of the body used in breathwork: the belly the ribcage and the upper chest. You'll learn to recognize and engage each area to cultivate a deeper more conscious breath.
This workshop includes practical instruction and guided practice of three foundational breath techniques:
🔸 Deep Belly Breathing – to ground and calm
🔸 Alternate Nostril Breathing – to balance the nervous system
🔸 Bellows Breathing – to energize and awaken
Ana weaves her therapeutic background with cultural insight to create a rich and accessible experience for all levels—no prior experience necessary.
